What seems to us as bitter trials may often be blessings in disguise.

Lately, I seemed to have learned that although certain individuals have been inadvertently making me question my own value and contributions to a given cause that I was actually creating these untruths in myself.

In direct response to the quote above I seemed to be under bitter scrutinization but was not at all. The fact of the matter is that although I’m thinking that others are wondering what I’m up to, or what I have going on, I’m really the only person thinking about me 24/7! That’s pretty much the truth about everyone as far as I can tell.

As long as you’re doing your best and accomplishing a mission what do you really have to worry about? Nothing! Be proud of yourself, help others, and drive on.

If you see someone who seems to struggling in this same way, share your uplifting words of encouragement with them. It’s amazing what some unsolicited affirmation can do for someone’s self-esteem.

Ok, so my “bitter trial” may have just been a “life lesson” but the brief internal hardship was definitely a blessing in disguise!

Take good care of yourself…and others!
